Will is a senior manager currently on rotation in our Department of Professional Practice. Will has more than nine years of experience in the Audit Asset Management practice of our Dallas, Texas office. He has experience leading, supervising, and managing financial statement audits in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by the International Accounting Standards Board, with a specialization in Investment Company Accounting.
Will has provided professional audit services specific to financial services including the audits of private equity funds, investment vehicles, and fund of funds. He has a knowledge of accounting and operational issues specific to the asset management industry. Additionally, Will has worked closely with fund administrators throughout his career. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas and New York.
