Timothy Johnson

Tim Johnson is the Incoming Global Platinum Account Lead Partner for Apollo. In this role, he will be responsible for fostering a comprehensive, holistic view of the client and their industry, staying abreast of developments, and ensuring that the team can consistently provide relevant and strategic advice.

Tim is also the Global Financial Services Sector leader for Deal Advisory. In this role he is responsible for connecting our FS deal leaders across the globe and for growing our share of the largest and most complex cross-border transactions across Banking, Capital Markets, Asset Management.

Previously, Tim was the Transaction Services Leader for US Deal Advisory & Strategy. Tim managed a team of over 1,400 professionals focused on due diligence and transaction accounting and structuring across multiple subsectors and client types.

Prior to joining KPMG, Tim was a CFO for a community bank, Line of Business Controller at a regional bank, and an auditor with a major accounting firm.
