Brad leads KPMG’s Innovation Experiences organization, charged with bringing innovation to life by activating an ecosystem of pioneers and co-creators with the common goal of transforming business models and solutions through emerging technology. Having held CIO/CTO and leadership roles across product, technology, and marketing in both corporate and startup environments, Brad approaches innovation from a perspective of combining creative design with technology to yield new and impactful human experiences.
Brad joined KPMG in 2020 as the Chief Technology Officer, Growth & Strategy, where he was responsible for firm-wide sales and marketing capabilities and business processes. In this role he focused on applying innovative capabilities, change programs, and business transformation initiatives to differentiate KPMG in areas such as customer relationship management, marketing, sales and pursuits.
Brad joined KPMG from MetLife, where he served as the Marketing CIO and Head of Digital Marketing Transformation. He was responsible for establishing a world class marketing technology ecosystem, digital transformation, demand generation, and guiding marketing teams across 41 countries in navigating and wielding technology into a strategic marketing asset to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and growth.
Prior to MetLife, Brad held leadership positions in both marketing and technology with Fortune 50 companies such as Bank of America and IBM, as well as multiple startups as the Chief Marketing Technologist driving revenue growth, acquisition and one-to-one customer engagement solutions.
Brad has also served as a member of a Raleigh startup incubator, an NCSU-affiliated angel investor group, and a mentor in the TechStars startup accelerator. He is passionate about enabling new startups, bringing ideas to life, and helping companies accelerate transformation through the application of emerging technology.
Brad holds a Master of Business Administration degree as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from North Carolina State University.
