Shigenori is a managing director in KPMG LLP’s EVS practice based in Atlanta. Shigenori provides advice to Japanese clients, considering each client’s overall value chain. Shigenori serves numerous Japanese clients operating in North America, and has deep knowledge and experience regarding tax issues and transactions with Japan, the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
His professional experience includes optimization of tax in the value chain, risk management related to transactions with Latin American countries, alignment between trade and customs and transfer pricing, Advance Pricing Agreement (APA), and valuations (business, tangible assets, and intangible assets valuation).
