Aamir has more than 20 years of experience providing capital markets advisory services to global private equity funds, investment banks and other strategic investors. He has extensive experience in cross-border transactions and has assisted major international institutions in the United States, Europe and Asia to list on the New York Stock Exchange as well as on exchanges in London, Hong Kong and Toronto. During his career, he has worked on over 40 IPOs. He received is BA degree from Boston University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
