He also has gained distinct insight to the challenges organizations often face on their journey and leading approaches to overcome them.
Phil has helped numerous organizations design and set up PPM systems that enable them to effectively select, prioritize, and execute their portfolio of projects and allocate resources (e.g., funding, personnel, IT, etc.) to support their business strategy.
