Scott leads our Deal Advisory practice in Philadelphia and has 22 years of experience serving public and private corporations. Scott has 15 years of M&A advisory experience and has led over 300 due diligence investigations on domestic and cross-border transactions across a variety of industries. He assists both strategic and financial buyers with due diligence, transaction structuring, target screening, modeling, review of sale and purchase agreements, purchase price adjustments and coordinating integration efforts. Scott also supports sellers with their disposition activities, including pre-sale due diligence. Prior to his current M&A role, Scott was an audit professional, principally working with multi-national corporations.
