Cara Harrison

Cara is a Partner in KPMG’s Chicago International Tax practice with over 13 years of diverse tax and accounting experience. She has provided international tax planning, transaction structuring, and tax compliance services for various public and privately held clients.

Cara provides tax advisory services to a broad range of U.S. multi-national and foreign-owned clients in a number of industries including, manufacturing, information technology, and private equity.

She has assisted clients with strategic tax planning including transaction structuring and post transaction integration. She has extensive experience managing large global transactions and has advised on a wide range of complex international tax issues related to her clients’ businesses.
