Janine is currently the Lead Partner for the Global Mobility practice in Brazil, but she is currently on a short assignment in New York, USA.
With over 20 years of experience in the big four firms, Janine has been assisting companies with their global mobility processes. In 2023, she was recognized in the Leaders League ranking as one of the 50 prominent female leaders in Corporate & Finance in the country.
For the past 15 years, Janine has been giving interviews on tax obligations and human resources topics to various media outlets, including radio, newspapers, and television.
Janine has been responsible for numerous projects involving the review of the complete global mobility process, including immigration, tax, labor, and social security aspects. Her expertise has helped companies reduce costs and mitigate risks. She has also been involved in the preparation and review of global mobility policies, considering benchmarking and Brazilian legislation. Additionally, Janine has conducted workshops in companies on global mobility aspects, stock options plans, and other related topics, always implementing innovative practices.
Throughout her career, Janine has worked with multinational companies in various industries, including automotive, steel, mining, paper, packaging, technology, life and health sciences, as well as Brazilian companies in the consumer products and aviation sectors, among others.
Janine is a lawyer with postgraduate degrees in Taxation, Economic Law, and Corporate Law. She has also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and recently participated in a leadership program at Georgetown University.
