Mark Golovcsenko

Mark is a New York-based Principal in our US Strategy practice. Mark has over 15 years of M&A-focused strategy consulting experience and has delivered growth strategy, M&A strategy development, both commercial and operational due diligence advice, and post-close value delivery to a wide array of corporate and private equity clients. His segment specialties include B2B media, information businesses and business service providers. He focuses on supporting client development and execution of value-creating M&A strategies, including diligence, integration and pricing. Mark has his MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University.
