Alexa is a Manager in KPMG’s Economic and Valuation Services practice. Alexa is involved in the preparation of real estate valuations primarily for financial reporting purposes (e.g. ASC 805, 820, 842), tax purposes, real estate consulting for advisory purposes, and audit related appraisal reviews.
Alexa’s experience covers the appraisal and consulting on a wide range of property types throughout the United States and internationally. Property types include but are not limited to: residential properties (multifamily, manufactured housing, senior housing); office (CBD trophy assets, suburban buildings, medical), retail (regional malls, community centers, free standing retail, bank branches), industrial (warehouse, manufacturing) and hospitality.
