Regina Gilinsky
Senior Manager, M&A Tax
Regina is a senior manager in the KPMG Mergers & Acquisitions Tax group and is based in Miami, Florida. She provides clients tax advice concerning complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings. She has experience advising both U.S. and multinational corporations, providing federal income tax advice focused on domestic and cross-border mergers, business acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, spin-offs, and tax-free reorganizations.
Within the Mergers & Acquisitions Tax group Regina specializes in projects work, including transaction cost analysis, earnings and profits studies and stock basis studies.
Regina received a J.D. and an LLM in Taxation. She is a licensed attorney in both Florida and New York states.
Outside of her client serving role, Regina leads the Miami office in community impact events and is also a proud member of KPMG’s literacy program, KFFL.
