Victor Gatti is a Principal in KPMG’s New York Financial Services Practice (NYFS). Victor re-joined KPMG’s NYFS practice in November 2011, after spending 4-years as a Partner at Jones Day. 

Victor’s vast experience also includes assistance with designing, implementing and negotiating the disposition of non-core businesses after acquisitions.  He has also helped analyze the effect of various client restructurings on foreign tax credit position, subpart F and current income inclusion, and cash tax position. Victor has also helped design and implement local country integrations for a Fortune 50 pharmaceutical company from 2001 to 2007. He has assisted the global integration of an international consulting business acquired by a Fortune 50 company and helped implement various international tax plans to assist clients with tax efficient repatriation of  foreign based cash and optimization of foreign tax credits.
