Choyce is a highly experienced senior manager in KPMG's Merger & Acquisitions tax practice. She joined KPMG in 2017 after completing her LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center. With her extensive knowledge and expertise, Choyce regularly advises clients on the tax implications of business acquisitions, divestitures, bankruptcies, and restructurings.
Choyce's practice is focused on assisting clients across various industries, including software, technology, healthcare, and media. She has also played a key role in a variety of transactions related to consolidated groups, providing valuable assistance in basis calculations, earnings and profits calculations, and large cash-tax models to help determine the most tax-efficient structures.
