After more than 23 years of deep experience driving change and evolving people, culture, and digital HR solutions, I’m thrilled to return to my human capital consulting roots and am now focused on helping KPMG clients reimagine their talent, organizational, and digital strategies.
Honored to have served as HR’s National Managing Partner for the last five years. I helped shape KPMG’s people strategy and drove several initiatives that evolved Talent & Succession, Learning, Shared Services, Field/Functional HR, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Data & Analytics, and Digital Technology. Equally, I oversaw the implementation of multiple new systems, policies, and delivery models that have helped to optimize processes and improve experience for partners, employees, and the Talent & Culture team in the US and the Americas.
