Jeffrey Fedele

Jeffrey has assisted clients with responding to accounting and financial reporting challenges arising from regulatory mandates, business combinations and security offerings. Jeffrey currently provides clients with financial reporting compliance support for their acquisitions and initial public offerings. Prior to joining Accounting Advisory Services, Jeffrey was an auditor in a Big 4 audit practice working on audits and Sarbanes-Oxley attestation engagements of private and publicly traded companies.

Professional and Industry Experience

• Led numerous SPAC merger transactions in which he has assisted SPACs and SPAC targets on SEC filings related to the merger transaction and post-merger SEC reporting obligations.
• Managed IPO implementation project for a senior living company in connection with its listing on the New York Stock Exchange. Advisory services included project management and coordination services, assistance with creation of S-X 3-05 financial statements, researching exchange requirements, drafting pro-formas, MD&A and Non-GAAP financial measures.
• Led IPO readiness engagement for national fast-casual restaurant chain. Advisory services included observations and recommendations on the client’s Form S-1, assistance in responding to SEC comment letters, project management and coordination services amongst third parties and the Company, and technical analysis and documentation of complex accounting topics.
• Managed multiple IPO readiness assessment engagements in the technology and medical industries.
• Lead project director providing IPO support and project management services for a private equity client.
• 4 years of experience in auditing manufacturing, healthcare, and higher education clients.
• Sell side experience assisting with a carve out of a subsidiary for a Fortune 500 Chemicals company.
