I am passionate about bringing disruptive technologies to my clients’ biggest challenges, enabling them to achieve sustainable business benefits. I have more than 20 years of experience in business and technology consulting and currently lead KPMG’s Front Office Transformation program, including CRM technology implementation and change management in the US and globally for the firm. Previously, I was the leader of KPMG’s CIO Advisory Cloud Strategy and Transformation services. I have led large scale efforts for a variety of clients delivering services related to disruptive technologies at the heart of their transformation journeys, including: D&A, Cloud, Data-as-a-Service, and Generative AI.
Professional and industry experience
- Led KPMG’s own complex front office transformation, bringing Salesforce customer relationship management technology and suite of data and cloud solutions to 35,000 professionals in the US, now scaling globally to more than 100 member firms and 200,000 people around the world.
- Led a complex initiative to develop a HIPAA compliant Azure PaaS Cloud platform to host proprietary data assets and deploy new HC&LS solutions and service offering. Led the effort to monetize the data assets and create as a service offering.
- Led the strategy for developing a data architecture platform on Azure for one of the largest for-profit health networks in the country. This included developing a strategy for creating a platform on the public cloud to host data from ACO and health plans for use by developers while accounting for continuous management of the data according to federal/state regulations and legal requirements.
- Led the Integrated Program & Risk Management effort for a $180 M post-merger IT integration of a Fortune 100 regulated entity. Resulted in over $60M USD in annual savings over an 18-month period, including business and IT synergies.
- Led development of a business case to identify and plan for $6M annual synergy savings leveraging electronic labeling opportunities across multiple business units of a global life sciences company. This included identification and execution of a SaaS-based solution to enable the business case.
- Managed a post-merger target operating model transformation effort for a $35 billion pharmaceutical’s Regulatory Affairs division. The transformation effort included helping the division assimilate newly acquired firm’s regulatory processes and technologies and create a new global operating model focused on increasing growth opportunities in the emerging markets.
