  • Global Insurance Provider: Led efforts as Engagement Partner for a program to assess and improve how the organization distributes and supports their marketing technology across business unites and geographies and a program to deliver Agile marketing programs.
  • Global Financial Services Company: Engagement Partner responsible for the rollout of and migration to new Marketing Automation and Customer Data Platform solutions.
  • Global Automotive Company: Engagement Partner for a CRM strategy and assessment looking at organization, process, and technology opportunities to drive a more personalized, customer-centric experience.
  • US Insurance Provider: Engagement Executive responsible for the delivery of a marketing technology solution stack including Campaign Management, Customer Data Management, Digital Asset Management, and Content Management.
  • Global Pharmaceutical Client: Served as the Engagement Partner for an implementation of an Aprimo solution to facilitate the US Medical, Legal, and Regulatory content review process.
  • Global Cosmetic Company (Prior to KPMG): Served as the Quality Assurance Director and Delivery engagement lead on a project to implement a customer-centric marketing solution, including a customer 360 data solution, marketing orchestration architecture, marketing analytics, and marketing strategy.
  • Large Healthcare Company (Prior to KPMG): Engagement Executive for a marketing assessment program where we evaluated existing marketing technology solutions, including data and campaign architecture, made recommendations on technology solution and developed 18-month roadmap.
  • US Financial Services Company (Prior to KPMG): Marketing Transformation Subject Matter Advisor for a US Financial services company looking to develop a core digital foundation architecture to support their support their future growth strategy. This included an assessment of their current state architecture for customer data, ecommerce, content, and marketing and a developing a prioritized roadmap to implement the recommended solution.
  • Global Quick Service Restaurant (Prior to KPMG): Assessed the current-state technology environment, made recommendations for the future state, developed the solution roadmap and acted as Delivery Lead for the foundational technology implementation in support of a large-scale Digital transformation program.
  • Global Pharmaceutical Client (Prior to KPMG): Led the roll out of Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review processes and toolset for the global marketing center of excellence. Also led the global roll out of a new web content management system to provide for localized experiences.
