Alex is a director in KPMG’s Consulting practice. For 9 years, Alex has worked with government clients on a broad range of modernization efforts, including technology, experience-driven, and organizational transformations. Alex works closely with government agencies to weave the right people-centric mechanisms throughout the project lifecycle to understand the specific needs of impacted groups and strategically improve outcomes, such as adoption, productivity, employee retention, and customer satisfaction scores. To do this, Alex specializes in end-to-end organizational change management, human centered design, and training capabilities.
