Regina is the Head of International Activities in the KPMG U.S. national office in New York. She also is a partner in the KPMG U.S. Capital Markets Group, assisting with international foreign filing IPOs and transactions, and is an SEC Reviewing Partner and IFRS Reviewing Partner. Regina also is the U.S. representative on the KPMG IFRS Global Panel and sits on the Center for Audit Quality's International Practices Task Force.
From 2016-2022 she was in the KPMG Department of Professional Practice, leading various technical accounting and KPMG initiatives, including participating on KPMG Global Topic Teams. Regina has more than 32 years of experience with KPMG, which also included providing financial statement audit services in a variety of industries, including retail, telecommunications and financial services. Regina served as the lead partner on public clients, and has provided professional audit services to several large multinational and U.S. based clients in accordance with PCAOB requirements, IFRS and U.S. GAAP.

Regina also currently serves as Past Board Chair on the Kansas City Sports Commission Board. She was the first woman Board Chair for the Kansas City Sports Commission. She also was chair of the Executive Women’s Leadership Council for the KC Chamber of Commerce and has served on other past boards in Finance Chair roles (Central Exchange and Children's TLC).
