Caroline Chua

Caroline has a background in chemical research and more than 12 years of experience in value chain management and transfer pricing for multinational groups life sciences industry. She specializes in companies setting up European operating models for launch in the biotech industry.

Caroline has international cross-border tax experience working with major multinational companies on large scale transfer pricing, corporate tax and value chain management projects, having worked in the UK and Singapore prior to joining KPMG Switzerland. These include a particular special focus on business model conversions and reviewing and strengthening substance in regional and global headquarter locations.
