Kyle Chandler

Kyle is a Managing Director in the M&A tax practice. As a member of the Infrastructure Tax Group, Kyle’s experience includes advising on large greenfield and secondary US infrastructure projects for both United States and international clients, including public-private partnerships. As part of these engagements, Kyle has assisted with cash-flow modeling, withholding tax implications of distributions and exit scenarios (including FIRPTA considerations), debt pushdowns including shareholder loans, US tax treatment of concession arrangements and US tax reform impacts. Kyle also has experience in drafting opinions and memoranda on a wide array of federal income tax issues including Section 163(j) real property trade or business elections, tax ownership opinions, and tax assumptions model memos.
Kyle holds a JD degree from Penn State Law, and a LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.
