He has a strong background across the full life cycle of REFM sourcing, strategy, and improvement program management experience. Doug’s current and past clients include some of the leading entities in the financial services, pharmaceutical, technology, and manufacturing industries.
Doug has extensive experience leading teams on REFM advisory engagements across several industries. Services he advises on include real estate transactions, facilities management, project management and other workplace services. He has served as engagement manager and adviser on strategy development, outsourcing, and internal process improvement initiatives.
