Lauren Boyman

Lauren leads the >$10B B2B marketing function at KPMG, one of the Big 4 accounting, tax, and advisory firms. She is responsible for expanding brand perception, improving sales-marketing partnership, and driving growth. Lauren has transformed KPMG's brand and demand generation programs, implemented new marketing technologies and processes (marketing automation, content strategy/analytics, account-based marketing, and marketing resource management). In addition, Lauren is also responsible for leading KPMG’s enterprise-wide AI transformation program with respect to how AI and GenAI is used for marketing and sales enablement.
Lauren joined KPMG from Morgan Stanley, where she led marketing for the Wealth Management division, supporting the firm’s 16,000 Financial Advisors in addition to other business areas such as the Private Bank, Global Investment Committee, and all product and client segment areas. Lauren was with Morgan Stanley for 12 years and held various roles within marketing, strategy and digital platforms.
Lauren previously worked at Merrill Lynch in Marketing and at Colgate-Palmolive in Brand Management. She started her career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company.
Lauren served on the Rising Leaders council of New York Cares and worked with them to develop the New York Cares Families Division, a unique way for parents to experience volunteering and pass along the values of community to their children. She has a BS in economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She lives in New York City.
