Natasha Boswell

Natasha is a Partner in KPMG Banking and Finance Services practice based in New York. Natasha has over 20 years of experience providing professional audit services to KPMG largest financial services clients, leading high-risk areas of the audit, including credit and investments valuation, lending and trading activities and debt and equity offerings. She is currently a lead partner on a premier consumer financial services company in the New York area, but also works closely with other clients on SEC filing matters. Natasha’s tenure with KPMG includes service in KPMG Department of Professional Practice (“DPP”) where she served as a key member of the firm’s Banking and Finance team, advising clients on complex audit and regulatory issues. Natasha also served as professional Accounting Fellow with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency from 2009-2011 where she worked closely with capital policy, credit and market risk, as well as the OCC’s supervision groups to formulate accounting policy and reporting standards in response to the financial crisis.
