Steve is a Partner with over 12 years of experience in KPMG Deal Advisory practice providing international and domestic buy-side, sell-side and related transaction advisory services to financial and strategic buyers in connection with mergers and acquisitions. Steve works throughout the energy value chain with focuses in oil and gas production and transportation, energy transition and waste services. Prior to joining Deal Advisory, Steve spent five years in KPMG Audit practice, specializing in the upstream oil and gas industry and providing service to clients ranging from small private companies to large, multi-national SEC registrants.
