As a Director for KPMG in Chicago, IL, I bring 20+ years of supply chain experience. My work experience has spanned across various industries from automotive, technology, food and beverage, finally landing in the healthcare provider space. Prior to joining KPMG, I held leadership positions at two primary hospitals in Chicago with oversight of supply chain. I am passionate about transforming org structures for success and guiding teams towards simplified business processes. Along with people and process transformations, I am experienced in implementing technological advancements for supply chains. Examples include transitioning supply chains to the Workday ERP platform, implementing inventory management systems at the point of use (POU), and building supply chain data integrations to hospital EMRs. As a management consultant, I am well versed in the Source to Contract, Procure to Pay, and Demand to Replenish functions of supply chain working with organizations on Target Operating Models and Non-Labor Cost Reduction initiatives.
