Bobby leads the KPMG Compensation Consulting team within the US and specializes in linking employee pay with company performance through the design of executive, broad-based and salesforce compensation programs and policies. He has client experience across a wide variety of industries during IPO, SPAC, M&A, and non-transactional situations. His work consists of designing compensation programs (cash and equity), administration of those programs, and managing compliance around compensation (FLSA analyses and co-leads the creation of the KPMG internal pay equity methodology). He was selected as a 2021 Rising Star in Consulting for Excellence in Human Resources by Consulting Magazine which identifies the top consultants under the age of 35 globally. Prior to joining KPMG, Bobby worked at Pearl Meyer, an executive compensation consulting firm.
