He has helped numerous organizations adapt go-to-market strategies and transform sales organizations to improve the return on investment on sales spend. Prior to joining KPMG, Walt held various leadership positions with other leading professional services firms, established and built a sales strategy and transformation consulting business, and served as Head of Global Sales Strategy and Programs for a leading data center technology company.
