His deep expertise in customer transformation, strategic planning, process optimization, IT strategy, technology architecture, and systems integration has been proven in numerous large-scale global projects, all of which were successfully delivered on time and within budget using cutting-edge digital solutions and mobile technologies. Manoj's strength lies in managing executive-client relationships and collaborating with key business and IT stakeholders to execute multi-phased front-office transformations.
Manoj holds an MBA from Saint Mary’s College of California and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Mumbai University.
