As a member of KPMG Deal Advisory and Strategy practice, Alex focuses on leading clients through transformational programs and complex M&A transactions such as cross-industry deals, global joint ventures, and multi-step transactions with both buy-side and sell-side elements. Alex specializes in orchestrating fit-for-purpose programs to realize deal value from the pre-signing stages through post-close execution. In practice, he advocates for an active governance mindset to minimize disruption to the business on Day 1, and challenges teams to make value-driven integration and separation decisions to realize long-term shareholder value. Alex has advised clients from diligence through execution on multi-billion-dollar transactions across each major industry group. Alex is committed to balancing speed, risk, and value through our tailored methodology. He has extensive experience in rapid assessments, operating model design, Day 1 readiness, integration and separation execution, and synergy realization, among other areas.
