Jamie is a Managing Director in Healthcare Operations Transformation. She has extensive experience leading teams through significant change involving major system wide financial and operational transformations and technology implementations (ERP, Workforce Mgmt (Kronos/UKG), ServiceNow). Jamie is skilled at leading large complex projects and influencing change within diverse healthcare organizations across administrative, clinical and non-clinical areas. She brings experience from a diverse range of health care environments including integrated delivery systems, academic medical centers, and acute care hospitals. Specific areas of expertise include financial turnaround, clinical and non-clinical business process reengineering, driving sustainable outcomes, and evaluating clinical effectiveness to standardize practices to reduce variation in care. She has worked collaboratively with all levels in a health care organization (Senior Executives, Physicians, Clinicians, and Staff) to gain consensus on key strategic priorities. Jamie is known for using visual analytics for performance measurement and monitoring and is able to able to leverage disparate information from different data systems to influence decision making. Working in consulting, Jamie understands today's healthcare challenges and what Executives face to be able to deliver solutions that are real and sustainable.
Jamie has presented at several large conferences to Healthcare Executives from around the nation on topics such as “Utilizing Predictive Volume Analytics to Drive Staffing Decisions,” “Redefining the Model of Care: The 8 Processes to Increase Efficiency and Standardization in Patient Care Services for Market Competitiveness,” and “Collaborating with Physicians: Engaging for Results.”
Jamie is passionate about increasing diversity and inclusion in the workplace. While at Deloitte, she co-developed a year-long interactive program for underrepresented minorities to continue to excel and advance to the highest ranks within an organization. Over 200 ppl have attended the program.
Recently, she completed a program earning a certificate in Executive Level Skills in Healthcare Finance through AONE in collaboration with HFMA.
