Tim has spent the last 12 years helping clients successfully deliver digital HR or Workforce transformations. Much of this work came in the Consumer Products, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology industries and focused on deploying cloud and emerging technologies for measurable Talent and Workforce impacts. He is a leader in KPMG’s Digital Strategy & Solutions offering where he focuses on user-centric experience design and sustainable solution architecture.
As a program leader, Tim has experience across Enterprise Portal, Knowledge, Service Delivery, and Workforce Sensing as well as traditional HR operational areas like Core HCM, Payroll, Timekeeping, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Talent Development. I worked with most leading cloud platform providers and led extensive delivery of solution leveraging advances data & analytics, machine learning, conversational AI, and blockchain technologies (for identity and credentialization).
