I have over 20 years of experience in technology-enabled business transformation. In recent times, I have led our Microsoft Business Applications practice and contributed to KPMG’s go to market strategy across all Microsoft Cloud applications. That means I have been directly involved in our strategy to help our clients derive the most value from their Microsoft investment. I have recent experience with all components of the Microsoft Digital Transformation Platform – Dynamics, Power Platform, Data & AI, Azure and am eager to show you how we could help you achieve swifter, smarter transformation of key business functions, from finance and supply chain and commerce to customer engagement.
As your engagement partner, I will be ultimately accountable for the quality and efficiency of service delivery for the entire program. I will represent KPMG on the program steering committee, and I will work closely with your executives and sponsors to plan and monitor progress. For my part, I enjoy working shoulder to shoulder with clients because I don’t want to be just a figurehead. I have recent, relevant experience to share.
Three recent engagements
- A transportation services company was being disrupted by the changing needs of their customers, being forced to shift from a supplier of traffic safety equipment to developing integrated traffic management solutions. This required an end to end transformation, collapsing product silos, and developing integrated business processes to support multiple departments working together.
- One of the original organic food manufacturers faced increasing pressure from new market entrants in what is now a crowded industry. I engaged with leadership to build a phased roadmap to help them transform from a startup mindset to an agile enterprise without losing their family owned culture. This included leveraging data and analytics to more intelligently go to market and implementing common and scalable processes across their manufacturing and supply chain.
- A global hotel and entertainment company was looking to transform the retail experience inside their properties. This included the point of sale through supply chain to financial integration into their global accounting solution. Some of the complexities in their business were the retail experience would be different from property to property, they had a wide variety of products and a dynamic, fast moving supply chain. This project was the foundation for their overall ‘future of retail’ transformation which lead to work in business intelligence, predictive loyalty and AI / machine learning.
