He has 16 years of experience of operating in complex technology environments, working on large scale business transformations, and integrating technology risk solutions to resolve compliance requirements. Ussamah has worked extensively in the tech sector and has assisted first, second, and third-line functions in business process, technology risk, and regulatory compliance. 

Ussamah is currently leading the implementation of a technical readiness program at a global technology organization to meet the requirements of the upcoming EU Digital Services Act aimed at increasing consumer trust and ensuring content moderation.
