Russ is the US Go-to-Market Lead for KPMG IMPACT which helps clients develop sustainable business while simultaneously driving ROI. In this role, he marshals the resources of KPMG to develop ESG insights, capabilities and solutions that enable integrated strategic responses for the client. Russ also leads the KPMG-Eurasia partnership which helps clients navigate geopolitical risks to make better decisions for growth and resilience. He has years of experience harnessing macro non-financial risks and opportunities and building global markets on the corporate and service sides. Most recently at KPMG, as Sector Executive he led strategy and operations for International Corridors for ten years, advising executives on complex challenges and barriers of cross-border initiatives to and from the US. Previously, Russ was in global market development roles at top tier companies and agencies, where he started up Internet markets for Prodigy across Africa, forged global e-commerce markets for Bertelsmann, and pioneered new consumer markets and brands for clients Procter & Gamble and Mars in Eastern Europe. Demonstrating enthusiasm for the S in ESG early in life, Russ traveled solo around-the-world for a year to celebrate diversity in 20 emerging countries and continues this passion today.
