Following the announcement of the Belgian tax authorities regarding the global anti-base erosion (GloBE) registration requirements (read TaxNewsFlash), the Royal Decree for implementation of the rules was published in the official gazette on May 29, 2024, which establishes July 13, 2024, as the due date for the first notification deadline for GloBE registration in Belgium.
