The Ministry of Finance on 21 March 2024 released an update on the consultations on the national e-invoicing system (KSeF). Read TaxNewsFlash

  • The new date for implementation of KSeF (for both active value added tax (VAT) taxpayers and VAT-exempt taxpayers) will be announced in late April or early May.
  • On 3 April 2024, the Ministry will present proposals for legislation and interface specifications (including technical information on self-invoicing by EU entities, buyer's certificate, QR codes, and technical correction of an invoice) for simplified consultations.
  • At the end of April, four draft regulations will be presented. Once the content of the legislation is approved, preliminary clarifications will also be provided (at the beginning of July).
  • The regulation bringing amendments to JPK_VAT will be postponed.
  • In the second half of 2024, a KSeF mobile application will be made available to the public.
  • From July 2024, a KSeF hotline managed by the National Revenue Administration and a technical support call center will be operated.
