The Minister of Finance on 4 March 2024 released a notice (dated 28 February 2024) listing the following countries and territories which are on the EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions but are not included in the list of countries and territories applying harmful tax competition for Polish individual (personal) and corporate income tax purposes: Fiji, Guam, Palau, Trinidad and Tobago, Russia, and American Samoa.
