Cyprus: Deadline to submit 2022 return for taxpayers required to submit transfer pricing documentation extended

Deadline extended to 30 November 2024

Extension applies to both the income tax return form and TSI for the tax year 2022

The Cyprus tax department on 23 February 2024 published a letter extending the deadline to submit the 2022 income tax return for companies that are required to submit the table of summarised information (TSI) to 30 November 2024.

The extension applies to both the income tax return form and TSI for the tax year 2022, which may include on a case-by-case basis:

  • Local file
  • Master file
  • Minimum transfer pricing documentation
