The tax authority has extended the deadline for Qatari companies to submit country-by-country (CbC) reports for fiscal year (FY) 2022 and CbC notifications for FY 2023 to 31 January 2024.

The extension applies to multinational enterprises (MNEs) submitting CbC reports in Qatar only, and CbC reporting obligations in other countries (if applicable) must be checked for each case and jurisdiction.
