An Integral part of our DEI Strategy
KPMG's Business Resource Groups (BRGs) are a key component of our DEI strategy, bringing together partners and employees of all ages and backgrounds to support our mission of fostering inclusion in the workplace and marketplace. They contribute significantly to our ability to succeed in achieving our DEI priorities, empowering and valuing professionals to build thriving careers while driving the firm's overall success.
Our BRGs provide a safe and supportive space for our people to feel seen and heard—including through BRG mentorship circles. These networks are some of the firm’s greatest listening channels, creating feedback loops and new communities where we can learn more about the unique needs of our people and brainstorm how to further help each person at our firm thrive.
