James W. Sanderson

James is the Florida International Tax practice leader for KPMG, with over 25 years of experience in public accounting, investment banking, and corporate tax departments. He has worked with publicly held clients and U.S. and foreign multinationals in New York, London, England, and Zurich, Switzerland.  He has a deep understanding of tax and business issues in industries such as retail, cruise lines, energy, and industrial markets. James' experience running a corporate treasury group gives him a unique understanding of the crucial issues with a company's treasury function and how tax overlaps with treasury. He is well-positioned to understand the various stakeholders within a company and provide insight into the tax issues to be considered.
