As a Managing Director, Healthcare Transformation Delivery, Brian helps clients in the United States to select and implement healthcare technologies. Globally, he collaborates with a network of KPMG colleagues around the world on Electronic Healthcare Record approaches.
Brian has over 20 years of experience in designing, deploying, and optimizing enterprise software in the healthcare industry. He has led large scale transformation projects as a system architect, project manager, and change manager, leading large teams and budgets in excess of $100 million. In his career, Brian has had the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects including the design build of shared service centers, ERP and EMR deployments, Procure to Pay and many other technologies. As a change manager, he has helped organizations to make significant business transformations through the implementation of process and technology change - including several of the largest healthcare providers in the United States.
Brian is a well-regarded thought leader who regularly presents at industry conferences and publishes articles, and white papers. He is a regular guest speaker at University of Nevada – Las Vegas at the School of Public Health.
