Gary has over 17 years Global consulting experience arriving in China in January 2013 to continue his career and work with Multi-National companies to provide services in the following areas: shared services & outsourcing strategy – design – implementation support, target operating model design, operational effectiveness and improvement, project management support, change management and process re-design.
Gary has assisted clients with strategic cost reduction initiatives typically resulting in the developing outsourcing relationships or implementation of shared service centers. Engagement responsibilities have included: negotiating multi-million dollar outsourcing contracts through execution, preparing detailed requests for proposals, supporting and facilitating executive management decisions, constructing business case and cost/benefit analyses, managing the due diligence process, performing change management and training sessions such as stakeholder alignment, workshops related to service delivery model design, capturing relevant service levels, transition and general business process outsourcing understanding.
