Landon is a Principal in the KPMG US M&A Tax practice and serves as the US Lead for the US-Australia Corridor. Landon is also an M&A Tax Lead for infrastructure investments and is a member of the KPMG Global Infrastructure Network.
Landon has over 12 years of experience advising institutional investors on the U.S. tax implications associated with complex cross-border transactions. His experience includes advising sovereigns, pensions, and consortiums on acquisitions, refinancing and divestitures across a number of asset classes, including infrastructure, real estate, and private equity. Landon has worked on transactions in more than 25 countries.
Prior to joining the M&A Tax practice, Landon was a Senior Manager in KPMG’s Washington National Tax office. Landon began his career as a tax attorney.
