Mark has 30 years of accounting, auditing and financial reporting experience in a wide variety of industries. Mark’s client engagements have included integrated audits, financial statement audits, debt and equity securities offerings, and financial due diligence.

Mark has served as audit engagement partner and concurring partner for clients across a number of industries, including healthcare, biotechnology, consumer products and services, education and not-for-profit. His clients have ranged from complex, multi-location companies to start-up entities. His clients include SEC registrants, early-stage venture backed companies, and large private companies. Mark is well versed in technical accounting matters, including ASC 606, inventory, stock- based compensation, complex equity structures, initial public offerings, responding to SEC comment letters and internal controls.

Past engagement experience includes:

  • Supervised teams performing first year audits on all sizes and types of clients
  • Conducted integrated audits and assisted clients in preparing for those audits
  • Participated in debt and equity securities offerings totaling in excess of $3.5 billion
  • Assisted clients in business planning and due diligence for acquisitions and new lines of business
  • Assisted clients in the adoption of complex accounting pronouncements
