Ian Liskay has more than 10 years of experience providing transfer pricing services to large multinational corporate clients across the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) industry, as well as the consumer and retail, industrial manufacturing, and online gaming industries. Ian advises clients on complex transfer pricing planning issues, such as cost-sharing arrangements, IP valuations, value chain management, and innovative advance pricing agreements, as well as assisting with post-implementation documentation and controversy. He has significant experience assisting clients with evaluating the impact of the Base Erosion Anti-Abuse Tax (BEAT) on their operating models. Ian also spends time assisting clients with BEPS 2.0 Pillar One, serving as a member of the KPMG Pillar One client working group.
Prior to joining KPMG in 2021, Ian worked at other Big Four firms in their transfer pricing practices providing intercompany transaction planning and controversy services to clients.
Ian graduated summa cum laude from Dickinson College with a degree in economics and received a JD degree from the Charles Widger School of Law at Villanova University.
