Ashby Corum

Ashby Corum is the partner in charge of the Accounting for Income Taxes group in KPMG's Washington National Tax practice. Since 2003, Ashby has been devoted to resolving accounting for income tax and uncertainty in income tax issues for multinational companies. Ashby has lead income tax provision outsourcings, reviewed conversions to IFRS, and assisted with internal control deficiency remediation projects. He also has experience in accounting for income taxes under US GAAP, IFRS, and various other accounting standards. He speaks frequently on accounting for income tax related topics.

Ashby is a certified public accountant in Kentucky and Michigan. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Michigan Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the International Fiscal Association. He earned a BS degree from the University of Kentucky.
