The final rule also modifies one existing entity.
The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) of the U.S. Department of Commerce today released a final rule to amend the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) by adding 11 entries to the entity list under the following destinations:
- China (6)
- Russia (3)
- United Arab Emirates (UAE) (2)
The entities have been determined by the U.S. government to be acting contrary to the national security or foreign policy interests of the United States.
The final rule also modifies one existing entity on the entity list under the destination of China.
